PAVILION AGREEMENT FOR RENTAL DATE OF

It is understood that this is a public park and the only facility covered by this rental agreement is the pavilion. The lessee has exclusive use of the pavilion only for that time rented.

	I AGREE TO BE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR LEAVING THE PAVILION CLEAN, TABLES IN PLACE, WATER & LIGHTS TURNED OFF. (Report any malfunctions or accidents to the building reservationists.)
	I WILL PLACE ALL REFUSE & GARBAGE IN THE LARGE DUMPSTER IN THE PARK.
	I WILL NOT BURN PAPERS OR DEBRIS SINCE IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED ANYWHERE ON PARK GROUNDS.
	I WILL VACATE THE PREMISES BY 12:00 MIDNIGHT, WITH EXCEPTIONS GRANTED BY PERMISSION OBTAINED FROM THE RESERVATIONIST. An extra fee of $25.00 will be charged after midnight if permission is not obtained.
	A $70.00 PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF THE RESERVATION. A REFUND OF $25.00 WILL BE MADE IF THE PAVILION IS LEFT CLEAN & NEAT AS LISTED ABOVE WITH NO DAMAGE OR THEFT NOR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF FACILITY.
	Refund check will follow the event after approval at the next regular Supervisor's meeting.

WHEREAS, South Franklin Township prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages in its jurisdiction, and WHEREAS, South Franklin Township supports the prohibition of sale and/or consumption of alcohol to or by minors.

NOW THEREFORE, it is specifically agreed & understood that the use of South Franklin Township Recreational Facilities is subject to the above. Further, any injury or damage that results from the consumption of alcoholic beverages in any manner whatsoever shall be the sole responsibility of the lessee and/or person or persons to whom the permission for use of the premises is given. Additionally by signing this notice, the lessee or permittee agrees to said terms on his or her individual behalf and by signing also binds his or her organization as well.

WHEREAS, by the execution & signature herein below you & your organization acknowledge & agree you/they are solely liable for any & all claims arising out of your use of the premises & agree that you have released South Franklin Township & its officers & officials from any & all claims & shall protect, indemnify, defend & hold harmless said township, officers & officials.
