RULES AND AGREEMENT FOR PAVILION RENTAL ON ________________________________

It is understood that this is a public park and the only facility covered by this rental agreement is the pavilion. The lessee has exclusive use of the pavilion only for the time rented.

__________	LESSEE AGREES TO BE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR LEAVING THE PAVILION CLEAN, TABLES IN PLACE, WATER & LIGHTS TURNED OFF. (Report any malfunctions or accidents to the building reservationists.)
__________	LESSEE WILL PLACE ALL REFUSE & GARBAGE IN THE LARGE DUMPSTER IN PARK.
__________	BURNING OF PAPERS OR DEBRIS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED ANYWHERE ON PARK GROUNDS. Do not attach signs to Township street signs or park signs. All directional signs erected must be removed after event.
__________	LESSEE AND ALL ATTENDEES WILL VACATE THE PREMISES BY 9:00 P.M. EXCEPTIONS MAY BE GRANTED IF PERMISSION IS OBTAINED IN ADVANCE FROM THE RESERVATIONIST. An extra fee of $25.00 per hour may be charged after 9:00P.M.

A $125.00 PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION. A REFUND OF $25.00 WILL BE MADE IF THE PAVILION IS LEFT CLEAN & NEAT AS LISTED ABOVE WITH NO DAMAGE OR THEFT NOR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF FACILITY. If reservation is cancelled within 90 days of reserved event a $50.00 fee will be withheld. Refund check will follow the event after approval at the next regular Supervisor’s meeting.

WHEREAS, South Franklin Township rents building and pavilion facilities only for private or non-profit use. No fee may be charged by lessees to those attending.

By signing this agreement, the lessee binds him or her self individually and also binds his or her organization as well to abide by all the rules and terms set forth herein.

WHEREAS, by the execution of signature herein below you and/or organization acknowledge and agree you/they are solely liable for any and all claims arising out of your use of the premises and agree that you have released South Franklin Township, its officers, and officials from any and all claims and shall protect, indemnify, defend and hold harmless said township, officers and officials.
