RULES AND AGREEMENT FOR PARK USE

Any organization using the park or park facilities must have two "thirds of
their members from South Franklin Township for -the privilege of using these
facilities free of charge.

LEADER OR OFFICER IN CHARGE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

ALL REFUSE & GARBAGE MUST BE PLACED IN BARRELS IN PARK. Burning of
papers or debris is strictly prohibited anywhere on Park Grounds. Do not
attach signs to township street or park signs. Any directional signs
erected must be removed after event.

All CHILDREN IN THE PARK ARE TO BE FULLY SUPERVISED.

WHEREAS, by the execution & signature herein below you and your organization
acknowledge & agree you/they are solely liable for any and all claims
arising out of your use of the park and agree that you have released South
Franklin Township and its officers & officials from any and all claims and
shall protect, indemnify, defend and hold harmless said township, officers
and officials.

By signing this notice, the lessee or permittee agrees to
said terms on his or her individual behalf and by signing
also binds his or her organization as well.

Group Insurance must be filed in the township office
