Lower Pavilion and Upper Pavilion for South Franklin Township residents only Thursday January 12, 2017 at the municipal building. Residents must apply in person and pay the deposit (Bldg. $100, lower pavilion $150 and upper pavilion $125) when the reservation is made. Beginning March 1, 2017 reservations will be open to the public during regular office hours.
