Below you will find the current applications, permits, rentals and fee schedules for South Franklin Township. More applications and permits may be added in time.

If you are moving a mobile into the township, moving from one park to another, or from one pad to another pad in an existing mobile home park, this application needs to be completed and submitted to the Township.

THIS IS NOT A ZONING OR BUILDING PERMIT. THEY MUST BE OBTAINED BY SUBMITTING A ZONING APPLICATION TO THE TOWNSHIP AND INSPECTIONS WILL BE COMPLETED BY UNITED CODE CONSULTANTS AFTER YOU PROVIDE THEM WITH APPROVED ZONING APPLICATION
